To protect and maintain your fine art’s condition, Unified Fine Arts storage maintains pinpoint climate and humidity control year-round. Our systems conduct around-the-clock monitoring to assure any deviation is adjusted immediately.

Our process builds in redundancy with double monitoring by our service provider and our security team. This assures no temperature deviations are missed.

As an additional protection for stored artwork, we maintain a separate 8,000 square foot fabrication shop where we create crates, mounts, and displays. This separate fabrication facility means valuable items present in our main facility are not exposed to airborne hazards, such as sawdust or smoke. Plus noise and paint odors can’t disturb our fine-art storage and display areas.
