We have secured space in an exclusive new state-of-the-art storage facility, a stand-alone building (currently under construction) which will be available for our clients' storage needs in January, 2012. We will have 23,000 square feet in our facility, of which almost 16,000 square feet will be dedicated to secure, state-of-the-art, climate-controlled fine art storage. This will be the best storage facility in the state of Texas, and one of the best in the country.

Security

The state-of-the-art security will be unrivaled. Full internet monitoring will be available to our clients. (Security specifics will be given to prospective clients.)

We expect this facility to earn the highest storage rating from the Chubb Group of insurance companies, which sets the industry standard. We will post this rating on the website when the facility is finished.

Climate Control

The environment will be held well within museum specifications at all times. In the event of a power failure, an on-site backup system will kick in with no interruption in service. The temperature and humidity control systems will be monitored at all times both on and off the premises. Fire suppression systems will include the most advanced technologies, for the safety and security of the collections and our valued clients' peace of mind.

Location

The location of this new facility is in North Dallas, providing easy access to all points in Dallas, Fort Worth, and surrounding communities. It will function as our administration offices as well.

Access

A collections manager will be present on-site to meet our clients' storage needs and provide easy access to the collections and our museum-quality storage database. A large viewing room with natural lighting will make it easy for our clients to view their collections.

Wine Storage

In addition, we will have an 800-square-foot wine storage room with an independent climate control system to insure that the environment is kept well within wine industry storage standards at all times.
